Alina Ludwick, MA Intern

I believe growth begins with expanding awareness. When we connect, reflect, and process with another person, we gain insight that helps us create meaning and build confidence that feels genuine and true to who we are. In my work with clients, I emphasize self-compassion and forgiveness. I understand how exhausting it can feel to carry everything on your own — to question who you are or feel uncertain about where you’re headed in life. In therapy with me, I create a space where you can feel safe enough to say the things you’ve been holding in. Together, we focus on building a life that feels fulfilling and honoring your needs when you feel that inner nudge for change.

I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, low self-worth, life transitions, and everyday stressors. We will explore your values and strengths while working on the areas you want to grow. Together, we can reframe unhelpful thoughts and core beliefs that may have kept you feeling stuck. I will listen to the stories and parts of you that make you who you are and we will journey together to build meaning that is supportive.
As someone with lived experience in the LGBTQ+ community and a deep respect for people of all racial and cultural backgrounds, I strive to meet you exactly where you are. I aim to understand your experiences through your unique lens. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, get curious about your patterns and narratives, and begin healing with honesty and care.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology at East Carolina University, and I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling while gaining hands-on experience as an intern.

I am a counseling intern under the supervision of Brooke Buck, LPC.
