Jessica Clark, B.A
I am a counseling intern who believes that mental health should be approachable, judgment-free, and (when appropriate) a little bit humorous. Life is messy, and let’s be honest, none of us got the instruction manual. That’s where I come in, to help teens (14+) and adults who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, or overwhelming life transitions.

If you’re juggling stress from school, work, relationships, or simply trying to figure out your next step, let’s work together to find clarity and confidence. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and prioritized so you can feel like the best version of yourself.

With a background in sociology and women & gender studies, I understand how our identities, relationships, and environments shape our experiences. This perspective allows me to approach therapy with both a broad social lens but also have a deep focus on you as an individual, helping you navigate personal challenges while considering the bigger picture.

As an intern, I bring fresh perspectives and a deep commitment to helping people navigate challenges like anxiety, body and self-image, life transitions, and those “what am I even doing?” moments. My approach blends evidence-based strategies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with a person-centered, down-to-earth, relatable style, because therapy shouldn’t feel like a lecture, it should feel like an informative, collaborative conversation. But I may sprinkle in some psychoeducation and homework (no grades, though!).

If you're ready to quiet the anxiety goblin, build boundaries, tackle stress, gain insight, and have a support system along the way, reach out! We can work together to turn challenges into opportunities for growth.
I am currently under the supervision of Brooke Buck, LPC.
