Linsey Schwartz, M.A.

I provide virtual therapy for adults and couples in Virginia, helping clients work through anxiety, trauma, PTSD, relationship challenges, burnout, ADHD-related struggles, and major life transitions. I also serve military families, veterans, and members of the Special Operations community as a provider for the SOF Network. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in national security within the intelligence community.

My approach is direct, supportive, and evidence-based while still being approachable and practical. I integrate CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), trauma-informed therapy, attachment-focused work, and values-based approaches to help clients better understand patterns, improve relationships, manage stress, reduce anxiety, and create meaningful change.

I commonly help clients with:

• Anxiety and chronic stress
• Trauma and PTSD
• Men’s mental health
• Couples counseling and communication issues
• Burnout and emotional exhaustion
• ADHD and executive functioning challenges
• Anger, emotional shutdown, and difficulty expressing emotions
• Military, veteran, and Special Operations mental health
• First responder and high-stress careers
• Identity, purpose, and life transitions

Whether you’re navigating relationship difficulties, recovering from trauma, struggling with stress, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others, therapy can help you feel more grounded, clear-headed, and supported.

I offer online therapy sessions and a free 15-minute consultation to help determine whether we’re a good fit.

I am currently under the supervision of Brooke Buck, LPC.
