Feeling overwhelmed by life challenges and situations and need to talk to someone? I am here and you are NEVER ALONE!! My counseling style is collaborative and supportive. I will use this throughout our therapeutic relationship to encourage and engage you in the process of achieving healing, well-being, and resilience in all areas of your life.
